Rental applications being accepted for new senior living apartments in Apopka

The Altamonte Springs real estate development, investment and management company Wendover Housing Partners is now accepting rental applications for new affordable senior living apartments in Apopka.

Roger B. Kennedy Construction began construction on the 80-unit Brixton Landing Apartments, located on 13th Street, in summer 2016. With the first residents expected to move in this April, Brixton Landing intends to provide a social, carefree and affordable lifestyle to seniors in the area.
