The newest branch of Wendover, FrameWork Initiatives team is responsible for designing and developing our all- inclusive neighborhoods with a focus on the daily needs of our residents. Using the “day in the life” concept our team works to create communities that feature on-site education, health care, transportation, and an array of amenities. that combined make a typical day in the life of our residents just a bit easier.
Our communities are developed with true community in mind – making a day in the life of our residents just a bit easier – from transportation to amenities including education, health care and food. FrameWork Initiatives and our talented and creative team of partners take the needs of residents into consideration during every step of designing, building and managing communities that inspire and empower.
