Affordable hosing complex makes grand opening in Sanford

It took years of planning and applying for grants, but on Thursday, government leaders proudly announced the grand opening of Monroe Landings. The new complex comes complete with a clubhouse, pool, playground and computer room. There are 60 units of affordable housing and it’s just the beginning.
