RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — The city of Riviera Beach is looking to help families in the midst of our housing crisis, while also revitalizing an important part of downtown.
Tuesday, city leaders broke ground on a project that would help bring 110 new affordable units to the community. This is just one project that will help showcase the city’s “Reimagine Riviera Beach” efforts.
Berkeley Landing will be more than a $35 million dollar project and will bring 110 new single, two, and three-bedroom units to the Broadway Corridor along with two live/workspaces.
