Tenants expected to move into half of Brixton Landing’s 80 units within first week of opening

Almost 35 of 80 units in a $10 million Apopka senior living facility will be occupied during the first week of April after the developer spent nearly 30 days accepting and processing leasing applications.

Brixton Landing, located at 442 E. 13th St., Apopka, was developed by Wendover Housing Partners, an Altamonte Springs real estate development, investment and management company.

Although Wendover has concentrated on processing applications during the last 30 days, interested tenants have been calling Wendover for up to a year, according to Lynn Edmondson, regional manager for Wendover.
