Wendover Housing Partners Opens 112-Unit Affordable Community in Tallahassee

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Wendover Housing Partners has opened Kenwood Place, a 112-unit affordable seniors housing community in Tallahassee.

Slocum Platts Architects designed the community, which Roger B. Kennedy Inc. built.

Wendover broke ground on Kenwood Place in October 2016.
