The team members at Wendover Housing Partners comprise a vast wealth of
knowledge and experience in all areas of residential real estate development, property management, asset management and financial consulting.

JONATHAN L. WOLF

Founder and President

Jonathan L. Wolf is the Founder and President of Wendover Housing Partners.

Over the past three decades, Jonathan has developed an extensive portfolio of real estate assets made up of over 7,000 multi-family, affordable, single family and mixed-use properties. In addition, his experience in navigating changing business cycles, reviewing and evaluating real estate investments, turning around projects, and repositioning, remarketing and redesigning residential properties to maximize sales and leasing efforts has become a critical component of his consultancy to financial institutions and other real estate entities.

Jonathan is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, overall management of Wendover, pursuit of new development opportunities and acquisition and financing activities across all business platforms.
Jonathan is widely respected as one of the premier tax credit affordable housing developers in Florida and throughout the Southeast. He serves on a variety of charity, education, and civic boards.

GLEN BAMBERGER

Chief Financial Officer

His responsibilities include ensuring compliance to IRS and other state/federal/local agencies, and conducting audits, budget reviews, intercompany reconciliation and economic feasibility analysis.  Glen also has broad experience in tax credit development financial structuring, fiscal compliance and accounting.

GARY BRINK

Construction Project Manager

In his role as Construction Project manager, Gary is an integral part of the building and development of communities for Wendover. He is directly responsible for construction of more than 3,000 multi-family units throughout the Southeast. Gary has decades of hands on experience with the construction and development of new properties, as well as stabilizing and revitalizing troubled assets.

SHAWN CONWAY

Junior Member Finance Department

Shawn brings to the team over 12 years of Naval military experience and a strong background in retail and hospitality management specializing in Human Resources and Accounting. She is responsible for the monitoring of expenses, accounts payable/receivable and contract review for Wendover Management properties.

TERRY CUMMINS

Marketing and Design

Terry is responsible for marketing and design for the Wendover group of companies. She has over 30 years of experience in new home sales, marketing and design from entry level to luxury golf course communities for both private and publicly owned companies.

LYNN EDMONDSON

Regional Manager, Wendover Management

Lynn is responsible for the day to day operations of Wendover Management. With over 40 years of real estate and property management experience, Lynn has overseen portfolios in both Texas and Florida exceeding more than forty properties and over 10,000 units, as well as overseeing the successful redevelopment of numerous assets. Lynn’s strength in marketing, physical maintenance and systems, management and allocation benefit Wendover Management’s outstanding portfolio of properties.

BRYAN HARTNETT

Development Associate

Bryan is the Development Associate of Wendover’s Charlotte Office, with extensive experience in housing development throughout the Southeast. He is a commercial real estate broker, program administrator and analyst. Bryan serves as Vice President of the Affordable Housing Institute, Inc., a housing non-profit company.

Prior to joining Wendover, Bryan ran Florida Housing Finance Corporations multi-family bond program. Bryan brings a wealth of experience to both for-profit and non-profit financing of affordable housing.

KEVIN KROLL

Development Associate

Located in Wendover’s Florida office, Kevin is a commercial real estate broker responsible for the company’s multi-family and residential development through the state of Florida. With a strong background in banking and commercial lending, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Kevin is also the co-founder of the Orange Crown Companies, which was established to focus on TOD, commercial and urban renewal development.

CARY LEVOW

Development Associate

Based out of Wendover’s Atlanta office, Cary is a licensed attorney in the state of Georgia and has experience in the areas of site selection, contract administration, project planning and development.

Prior to joining Wendover, Cary was a mortgage banking analyst for Grandbridge Real Estate Capital after receiving an JD/MBA from the University of Miami where he concentrated in Real Estate. Cary brings a wealth of experience from an underwriting and legal prospective.

JENNIE LAGMAY

Commercial real estate paralegal

Jennie is a commercial real estate paralegal with experience derived from working on a multitude of transactions throughout the South East. In addition to her work in the legal field, she is also experienced in commercial lending and human resources. She manages corporate governance, contract administration and general operational matters for the Wendover group of companies.

RACHEL MUSE

Senior Member Finance Department

Rachel has over 16 years of experience specializing in construction accounting and financial management. She oversees all daily operations of the financial department for the Wendover group of companies as well as coordinating with the Chief Financial Officer to ensure compliance with all state/federal/local agencies. In addition, Rachel is responsible for keeping the Wendover Group abreast of the latest available technology.

DAVID REED

Consultant

Mr. Reed is the President & CEO of Reed Companies, Inc. and heads the student housing initiatives for the Wendover group. David  is an accomplished Multifamily Housing Executive and licensed Certified General Contractor of over 9000 units in student housing & market-rate apartments, high-rise condominiums, hospitality and single family residences. He has experience in all real estate asset types with an emphasis on multifamily residential construction management and real estate development.

JEFFREY SHARKEY, PHD

Strategic Planning

Jeff specializes in strategic planning and analysis, issue advocacy and government relations at state and local levels. He has extensive experience with affordable and workforce housing policy, programs and funding. His background includes work with a wide variety of companies, organizations and public and private interests in the business, government and academic sectors.

RYAN VON WELLER

Development Associate

Ryan is the Development Associate of Wendover’s Florida office. He is a commercial real estate broker responsible for Wendover’s multi-family and residential development throughout the state of Florida. He brings a wealth of experience in the areas of site selection, land contract negotiations, land valuation and project planning and development. Ryan has managed a wide variety of real estate sales, acquisitions and development projects with his family’s group of companies based in Central Florida, as well as the Orange Crown Companies, which he co-founded to focus on TOD, commercial and urban renewal development.
